How It Works

Each engagement begins with a short discovery call to understand your objectives and level of internal capacity.
We then agree a schedule of support, this may include on-site visits, remote sessions, progress reviews, or ongoing advisory calls.

This may cover short-term mentoring packages, multi-month improvement support, or retained advisory partnerships.

Hourly Consultancy Option

For organisations requiring flexible, expert input on a smaller scale, we also offer hourly consultancy at £100 per hour.
This is ideal for targeted advice, quick diagnostics, or ad-hoc problem solving — giving you direct access to an experienced consultant without the need for a full project engagement.
