Cancellation & rescheduling

If you need to move a session, contact Uplifting Performance as early as possible at upliftingperformance@outlook.com. We will try to agree a suitable alternative date.

Any cancellation charge or refund position will depend on the notice given, preparation already completed, non-refundable travel or venue costs, and the terms agreed for that booking. These will be made clear before a bespoke or onsite booking is confirmed.

Where Uplifting Performance has to reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative date or discuss an appropriate refund for any amount already paid for the affected service.
