Half day facilitated team session

Interview Better

Making Better Hiring Decisions Through Structured Interviewing

A structured interviewing workshop focused on better questions, probing, evidence, consistent scoring and a stronger candidate experience.

Is this happening in your team?

Recognise any of these?

  • Different interviewers ask completely different questions
  • Panels disagree because scoring criteria are vague
  • Candidates are judged on “fit” without evidence
  • Interviewers lead candidates towards an answer
  • Good evidence is missed because probing is weak
  • Decisions are hard to defend consistently
What we'll work on

Your team works on the real issue.

  • Define what good actually looks like before interviewing
  • Build useful behavioural questions
  • Probe without leading the candidate
  • Separate evidence from personal impression
  • Score consistently across panel members
  • Compare candidates fairly and record decisions clearly
You won't just sit and listen

FAQs

Before you book

Is this a lecture?
No. These are facilitated working sessions. Your people work on real workplace situations, decisions and challenges.

Can the session be tailored?
Yes. The pre-session brief is used to make the exercises relevant to your team and challenge.

What preparation is needed?
A short pre-session brief helps us understand the team, the challenge and the outcome you want. Where useful, bring existing process documents, examples or performance information.

Do we have to buy consultancy afterwards?
No. Every session is designed to create standalone value. You can take the outputs and implement them internally. If you want support afterwards, it is optional.

What happens after the session?
You receive the agreed outputs and a short follow-up check-in. If the issue needs deeper support, workflow audit, process optimisation and implementation support are available as an optional next step.
