Process Mapping Workshop
Build a visual end-to-end process map, expose hidden delays and duplication, and agree a cleaner future-state process.
Recognise any of these?
- Different teams describe the process differently
- Issues emerge at handoffs
- The process has never been mapped end-to-end
- Rework is common
- There are too many approvals
- Change is difficult because nobody sees the whole system
Your team works on the real issue.
- Map the current state from start to finish
- Identify decision points and handoffs
- Highlight delay, duplication and rework
- Challenge non-value-adding steps
- Sketch the future-state process
Useful outputs, not a folder of slides.
- End-to-end current-state map
- Friction and risk points
- Future-state process map
- Improvement priorities
A complete team session, not just time in the room.
Cross-functional teams that need a shared end-to-end view
Suggested group size: 4–16 people. We can adapt the format where a different group size is more appropriate.
Before you book
Is this a lecture?
No. These are facilitated working sessions. Your people work on real workplace situations, decisions and challenges.
Can the session be tailored?
Yes. The pre-session brief is used to make the exercises relevant to your team and challenge.
What preparation is needed?
A short pre-session brief helps us understand the team, the challenge and the outcome you want. Where useful, bring existing process documents, examples or performance information.
Do we have to buy consultancy afterwards?
No. Every session is designed to create standalone value. You can take the outputs and implement them internally. If you want support afterwards, it is optional.
What happens after the session?
You receive the agreed outputs and a short follow-up check-in. If the issue needs deeper support, workflow audit, process optimisation and implementation support are available as an optional next step.
