Team Elevation
Rebuilding Morale, Energy & Connection
An energetic, grown-up team reset that helps people reconnect with purpose, recognise strengths and agree practical changes that improve the working day.
Recognise any of these?
- The team feels flat after a difficult period
- People have stopped noticing what colleagues contribute
- Workload dominates every conversation
- The team has changed and connection has been lost
- People focus on things they cannot influence
- Managers want a reset without forced vulnerability or childish games
Your team works on the real issue.
- Explore what actually affects morale
- Identify energy drains and energy gains
- Reconnect people with team strengths and useful contribution
- Separate what the team can control, influence and cannot control
- Agree practical low-cost improvements
- Build a short Team Reset Charter and 30-day actions
Exercises, scenarios and practical work.
Useful outputs, not a folder of slides.
- Team Reset Charter
- Agreed team behaviours
- Morale improvement actions
- Strengths map
- Recognition commitments
- 30-day team improvement actions
A complete team session, not just time in the room.
Tired, disconnected or newly formed teams, and teams coming through change or leadership transition
Suggested group size: 6–18 people. We can adapt the format where a different group size is more appropriate.
Before you book
Is this a lecture?
No. These are facilitated working sessions. Your people work on real workplace situations, decisions and challenges.
Can the session be tailored?
Yes. The pre-session brief is used to make the exercises relevant to your team and challenge.
What preparation is needed?
A short pre-session brief helps us understand the team, the challenge and the outcome you want. Where useful, bring existing process documents, examples or performance information.
Do we have to buy consultancy afterwards?
No. Every session is designed to create standalone value. You can take the outputs and implement them internally. If you want support afterwards, it is optional.
What happens after the session?
You receive the agreed outputs and a short follow-up check-in. If the issue needs deeper support, workflow audit, process optimisation and implementation support are available as an optional next step.
