Workflow Improvement Workshop
Map how work really happens, identify waste and ownership gaps, then design a simpler future workflow together.
Recognise any of these?
- Work passes through too many hands
- The same task gets touched several times
- Teams use workarounds to get things done
- Nobody has a complete end-to-end view
- Customers or colleagues wait unnecessarily
- Changes have accumulated without redesign
Your team works on the real issue.
- Create a current-state workflow map
- Identify queues, handoffs, rework and failure demand
- Challenge unnecessary steps and approvals
- Clarify ownership and decision points
- Design a practical future-state workflow
Useful outputs, not a folder of slides.
- Current-state process map
- Prioritised friction points
- Future-state workflow design
- 30-day improvement actions
A complete team session, not just time in the room.
Teams with slow, inconsistent or over-complicated workflows
Suggested group size: 4–18 people. We can adapt the format where a different group size is more appropriate.
Before you book
Is this a lecture?
No. These are facilitated working sessions. Your people work on real workplace situations, decisions and challenges.
Can the session be tailored?
Yes. The pre-session brief is used to make the exercises relevant to your team and challenge.
What preparation is needed?
A short pre-session brief helps us understand the team, the challenge and the outcome you want. Where useful, bring existing process documents, examples or performance information.
Do we have to buy consultancy afterwards?
No. Every session is designed to create standalone value. You can take the outputs and implement them internally. If you want support afterwards, it is optional.
What happens after the session?
You receive the agreed outputs and a short follow-up check-in. If the issue needs deeper support, workflow audit, process optimisation and implementation support are available as an optional next step.
